The Office Supply Consolidation Initiative (OSCI) established Supra Office Solutions, Inc. (SUPRA) as the platinum-level provider of office supplier for the University of Pittsburgh effective March 3, 2014. By partnering with Platinum provider SUPRA, and their strategic alliance partner, Office Depot, Inc., we can increase our purchasing power and lower overall office supply purchasing costs, while maintaining access to the extensive product selection required by the University including popular name-brand products and Office Depot brand products. The combined efforts of this initiative present significant savings to the University, including product cost advantages, shipping and handling charges, and order processing savings. The consolidation of office supplies also increases efficiency by:
- Low administrative costs via a streamlined procurement process in the PantherExpress System
- Elimination of time spent on comparison shopping by providing the best total cost from one source.
- Improved customer support with a local, dedicated team of representatives
- Increased savings through a contractual agreement for free freight and next day delivery service on orders placed by 4:00 pm ET
- Service excellence provided with 100+ years of combined industry experience of SUPRA‘s executive team and associates
SUPRA is a full-service contracted supplier that provides the local sales, delivery and customer support required by University purchasers, and management of the buy-to-pay process through the PantherExpress System.
SUPRA's strategic alliance partner, Office Depot, Inc., facilitates access to the extensive product selection required by the University including popular name-brand products and Office Depot brand products.
In addition to the benefits above, the SUPRA/Office Depot strategic alliance partnership advances the University's commitment to Pennsylvania business development, supplier diversity, and economic inclusion. SUPRA is a Diversity Business Enterprise (DBE) located in a Pennsylvania Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Zone.

- Office Depot - the strategic alliance partner to SUPRA Office Solutions, Inc. Orders for office supplies should be placed directly with Supra. All Office Depot codes in PRISM have been inactivated.
- Target/Target Office - no longer available through the PantherExpress System or PRISM. All Target Office codes in PRISM have been inactivated.
- WB Mason - All WB Mason Office codes in PRISM have been inactivated.
