Original Announcement (Now Archived):

A new Professional Services Agreement (PSA) is available and is to be used whenever your service provider will be working with or in close proximity to minors (persons under the age of 18). Please keep in mind that many University of Pittsburgh students are under the age of 18. If your service provider is expected to work with or in close proximity to minors, you will need to use the PSA version that includes language about working with minors.

The PSA with minors language is located on the forms page. There are two versions, and they are defined by whether federal funds will or will not be used to pay for the service.
