About Us
The Office of Risk Management, Insurance and Workers' Compensation (ORMI) supports a risk management strategy designed to protect the resources, staff, students, and reputation of the University. This strategy encourages each member of the University community to take individual responsibility for the creation of an environment enabling the achievement of the University’s primary goals – teaching, scholarship, community service and research.
What We Do
ORMI is the sole department responsible for purchasing insurance to protect the University. We also provide consultation and resource help to University departments to guide their risk decision making. Our services include:

- Risk profile reporting to underwriters
